As a customer, you agree to comply with the following:

In using the website to purchase the Product, you will agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the Website for the Product. All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST.

Payment of the Purchase Price may be made through Master card or Visa Credit Card. You warrant that you have familiarised yourself with, and agree to be bound by, the applicable Terms and Conditions of Use, and other relevant legal documentation provided by the Secure Payment Gateway Providers.

Following payment of the Purchase Price being confirmed by Metvora, you will be issued with a receipt to confirm that the payment has been received and Metvora may record your purchase details for future use.

Returns and Refunds

Subject at all times to Australian Consumer Law, Metvora may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the Products within 14 days where the Product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable and original condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause.

All refund requests must be made in writing to Metvora within 14 days. Metvora reserves the right to refuse a refund if the Products have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation intact.

• Metvora does not store payment information
• Disclaimer of liability for issues arising from use of third-party processors
• All prices are in AUD, and customers are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion costs, or foreign transaction fees
